Head of Origination
Naz Mohamed is Head of Origination at Hilltop Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing and developing new lending opportunities across the UK residential real estate market. He leads relationships with developers, housebuilders, brokers, advisers and other market participants, working closely with the investment and credit teams to assess opportunities, structure transactions and support capital deployment.
Nawaz brings more than 25 years of experience across real estate investment, finance and capital markets. Prior to joining Hilltop, he was a Partner at Knight Frank Capital Advisory, where he advised institutional investors, developers, lenders and other real estate clients on debt and capital solutions across a broad range of sectors and transaction types.
Before Knight Frank, Nawaz spent approximately 17 years at Nuveen Real Estate, where he held senior roles across real estate investment and finance. His experience spans institutional investment, debt and equity transactions, portfolio strategy, capital deployment and relationship management across the UK and European real estate markets.
