Hayley Cronin

Hayley Cronin has a decade’s experience in office management and support. She has overseen the administration of a number of ventures within the service sector including four years working with a leisure retailer focusing on disabled children.

She began working at Vital Ingredient as Office Manager in 2012 and took over management of the Fleet Street store. It is here where she met Paul Oberschneider and has now worked with him for a total of eight years.

Hayley acts as Executive Assistant to both Paul and Tiger as well as Office Manager at Hilltop Capital Partners, ensuring the smooth running of all day-to-day operations.
