Anisha Pavan
Legal Counsel
Anisha Pavan brings broad cross-jurisdictional legal expertise to Hilltop Capital Partners, with a focus on real estate, commercial advisory, and structured transactions. As Legal Counsel, she supports the firm’s investments across the UK, overseeing legal due diligence, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance. In addition to her transactional responsibilities, Anisha advises on and manages a range of internal business matters, contributing to the smooth legal and operational functioning of Hilltop’s day-to-day activities.
Her strong foundation in commercial law spans the retail, hospitality, FMCG, and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Hilltop, Anisha worked at August Collections, a leading co-ownership platform for European holiday homes, where she managed multi-jurisdictional conveyancing across the UK, Spain, Italy, and France. Earlier in her career, she advised clients on real estate transactions, intellectual property, and commercial contracts at top Indian law firms, including Dua Associates and K&S Partners.
Anisha holds an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London and an integrated Bachelor of Arts and LLB from Karnataka State Law University, India.
